Paul Rahimian, Founder and CEO of Parkview Financial, manages a national debt fund that provides construction financing to ground-up real estate development projects. He founded Parkview Financial in early 2009 and has since originated hundreds of commercial and residential loans. He has been recognized as an industry pioneer as he was one of the first to offer complete integration of loan origination and servicing under one roof. Prior to becoming a lender, Paul was a third-generation real estate developer and general contractor.

Jon Mendis, Managing Partner and Principal at Hyperion Realty Capital is responsible for Hyperion’s real estate investment strategies, tenant relationships, and day-to-day operations. Mr. Mendis’ responsibilities include actively sourcing, overseeing due diligence, and closing investment opportunities focusing primarily in the Western United States. Mr. Mendis has 12 years of experience in the acquisition of retail real estate assets throughout the West Coast.
